SatinSheet System

Description

• A complete in bed system for turning and positioning. A low-friction satin area in the centre of the sheet which allows easy movement from side to side thus facilitating turning in bed. The edges of the sheet are cotton polyester enable the user to sit on the bed without slipping.
• Lengths available: Mini/Midi/Maxi/Double (Double not demonstrated in image above).
• Helps to prevent pressure sores.
• A comfortable and luxurious material, providing extra comfort for the service user. 
• Easier for the carer.

The SatinSheet 2D Maxi consists of four different alternatives:

• Maxi flat sheet ~ Which is tucked in as a normal bed sheet. 
• Maxi Corner Sheet ~ Which has elastic straps at the corners to fix to the mattress. 
• Maxi fit sheet ~ A fitted sheet with locking strings and lower area covers the entire width of the mattress to help with sliding the feet in and out of bed.
• Maxi Double ~ A flat sheet for a double bed with satin on one side.

DrawSheet ~ Combination for assited turning

• Combine with a SatinSheet 2D base sheet with a DrawSheet enable the caregiver to  assist a user with reduced mobility to turn in bed.

SatinSheet 4Direction ~ For complete assisted movement

• SatinSheet 4D is a draw sheet with satin on the underside adapted to be used in combination with a SatinSheet 2D underneath. The combination creates a system that allows movement in all directions. Suitable for users with limited mobility.
